Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome guests traveling with dogs. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following guidelines:

1. Pet eligibility

We allow DOGS only. No other animals are permitted. A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed.

2. Pet Fee

A one time $45 pet fee applies per stay.

3. Furniture & Bedding

Dogs are not permitted on beds or couches. Evidence of pets on furniture will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

4. Unattended Pets

Dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.

5. Waste Disposal

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please dispose of waste in the dumpster located on the north side of the building.

6. Leash Requirement

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas of the property.

7. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.‍

8. Designated Relief Area

Please walk your dog behind the north end of the building (near Room 24) for bathroom breaks, not in the courtyard. Waste bags are available in the guest amenities closet.
